So, let’s say you have a file on your computer or a thumbdrive that you want to add your course Content. Before beginning, you’ll need to make sure to create a module to the Content. Then, within that module, there’s methods for adding a file:

Method 1:

Click on “Upload / Create” and then “Upload Files”:

Next, click on Upload. (Note, there may be a message saying your browser does not support drag and drop. Simply ignore this message.)

Select the file(s) you want to add and click “Open”. Then, be sure to click “Add”:

The file will process and you will see a “Content updated successfully” message briefly in the lower screen:File uploaded to Content

Method 2:

The second method, drag-and-drop, is not supported by all browsers. However, if you are using an up-to-date version of Firefox or Chrome, this should work for you. This method is also very short. Simply take a file from your desktop or folder and drag it into the module until it changes color:

When the bar is where you want it, release the mouse button and the file is added automatically:
