MyCourses has its own email system which you can send emails to your instructor as well as receive their replies. To have your instructor’s reply automatically forwarded to your PPSC or personal email, please follow the following steps:

Step 1: Log into your student account at

Step 2: Click on the envelope icon on the top banner of the webpage:

Step 3: Click on Internal Messaging.

Step 4: Click on Settings.

Step 5:  Make sure that the check box “Forward incoming messages to alternate email address” is checked.

Step 6:  Enter your PPSC / PPCC email address in the blank box and ensure that the first radio button is clicked.

Step 7: Click on the Save button.

Step 8:  MyCourses will send you a confirmation email. Check your inbox as well as your “spam” or junk folder. Then click on the link “Confirm Email Address.”

Step 9:  A new tab will open acknowledging that your email will now be forwarded. Close this tab, and you ‘ve completed the process of forwarding your email from MyCourses to your PPSC / PPCC email.
