Throughout the FA19 semester, we had issues with the Office 365 integration with D2L getting students authenticated. CCCS-IT, CCCOnline and eLearning all worked to fix this issue with Microsoft. Unfortunately, nothing we tried has had any success and there is little hope of finding a solution before SP20 starts January 22nd.
So, it is with sadness that today we’ve decided to turn off the Office 365/D2L integration tool. Both Office 365 and D2L will continue to work, but there won’t be a link between the two systems.
There are a few back-end things going on this semester that will hopefully help the cause. Once those are done, we’ll look to start the process of implementation again.
